Oi pessoal, já faz um tempo desde o meu último inFormativo e há algumas notícias fresquinhas e animadoras que eu gostaria de compartilhar com vocês!

Desde o início desse ano de 2021 tenho experimentado todos os tipos de desafios e coisas novas. Começando pelo mês de janeiro quando meu noivo (na época) e eu tivemos que cancelar nossa cerimônia e festa de casamento devido às restrições do COVID-19 em nosso estado. Em fevereiro, Jayme teve que passar por uma pequena cirurgia e juntamente com isso as restrições começaram a piorar e não conseguíamos ver nenhuma pequena possibilidade de oficializar o nosso matrimônio.

Por meio de muitas orações e colocando nossas mãos ao trabalho em cada pequeno detalhe que podíamos fazer sem gastar muito dinheiro, Deus nos encontrou em maneiras que não podíamos imaginar e nos surpreendeu completamente além do que todos aqueles detalhes nos quais estávamos trabalhando..

No dia 12 de março conseguimos oficializar nosso matrimônio na Lei dos Homens e, depois disso, recebemos incontáveis bençãos e pudemos realizar nosso casamento no dia 24 de abril!

Obs. Minha avó e sua irmã fizeram meu vestido!

Ganhamos de presente até mesmo o lugar para nossa celebração e cerimônia, sem custo nenhum! As pessoas nos presentearam generosamente e nossa família nos ajudou muito em cada detalhe, e por isso estou aqui para contar um grande testemunho.

Hoje fazem quase 4 anos desde que dei início ao meu processo de cidadania italiana para que pudesse continuar com alguns projetos de missões na Europa e em outros lugares. Deus colocou em meu coração isso para que tivesse uma maneira mais certa e que facilitasse minha estadia na Europa e entrada em outros países e nações ao redor do mundo sem ter problemas em conseguir vistos e não ter certeza de que eu iria ter a aprovação deles ou não.

Vocês todos têm orado por mim durante esse processo e alguns de vocês também contribuído, e por isso sou eternamente grata!

Nesse momento, estou sentada aqui escrevendo, pensando em duas palavras somente: GRATIDÃO E FIDELIDADE.

Nesse momento, eu e meu esposo estamos gratos por estar vendo o Reino dos Céus e a palavra de Deus sendo espalhada aqui em nossa igreja local, em nossas células e até mesmo quando sentamos para uma boa conversa e tocamos um violão com nossos amigos! Deus está fazendo algo GRANDE pessoal!

Nesse momento, meu AGORA esposo, e eu estamos como aqueles que sonham, ao intensificar nossas orações e colocar nossos planos aos pés de Jesus para que sejamos capazes de ver, não só a Itália, mas a Europa e muitas nações impactadas pelo poder de Jesus e o Evangelho dentro dos próximos anos!

Nesse momento, posso dizer a você que eu e meu esposo estamos animados enquanto esperamos os documentos chegarem (quando você estiver lendo isso, provavelmente, já terão chegado!), para que possamos ir para a Itália e finalizar esse processo.

Nesse momento, estamos gratos por ter obtido as duas doses da vacina da COVID-19.

Nesse momento, estamos confiantes que as passagens aéreas são somente um pequeno detalhe para Deus, e que conseguiremos cumprir o que tem permanecido em nossos corações esse ano, ESTAR NA ITÁLIA AGORA EM NOVEMBRO.

E VOCÊ, ONDE VOCÊ ESTÁ NESSE MOMENTO? PELO QUE VOCÊ ESTÁ GRATO?

O SENHOR TEM SIDO FIEL A VOCÊ?

“Saibam, portanto, que o Senhor, o seu Deus, é Deus; ele é o Deus fiel, que mantém a aliança e a bondade por mil gerações daqueles que o amam e guardam os seus mandamentos” – Deuteronômio 7.9

Hi everyone, it’s been a while since my last update and there are some very exciting news I’d love to share with you all!

Since the beginning of this year of 2021 I’ve experienced all sorts of challenges and new things. Starting by January month when my fiancé (at the time) and I had to cancel all our wedding ceremony and celebration because of COVID-19 restrictions in our state. On February, Jayme had to pass through a small surgery and together with that things got harder because of restrictions and we couldn’t see, not even a small possibility, of making our matrimony official.

Through many prayers and putting our hands to work on every tiny detail we could get done without having to spend a lot of money, God has come through in all ways imaginable and made completely more than all those tiny details we were working on.

On March 12^th we have made our matrimony official by the Law of Man and after that we have received uncountable blessings and could have our celebration on the 24^th of April!

P.S. My Grandma and her sister made my dress!

We have received as a gift even the place for our ceremony and celebration, totally free of charge! People gifted us generously, our family supported us a lot in every detail and because of that I’m here to write you a great testimony.

It has now about 4 years since I’ve started my italian citizenship process in order to continue with some mission projects in Europe and other places.  God has placed that in my heart so that I could have a more assured and easier way on staying in Europe and on getting into other countries and nations worldwide without having the issues of getting visas and not been sure if they’ll grant it or not.

You all have prayed for me throughout this process and some have contributed for it, and for that I’m forever thankful!

Right now I’m sitting here and writing, and only two words come to mind: GRATITUDE AND FAITHFULNESS.

Right now, my husband and I are thankful to watch the Kingdom of Heaven and the Word of God spreading here in our local church, in our small groups and even amidst our times witth friends, sitting down for a good talk or playing the guitar together! God is doing something BIG guys!

Right now my, NOW husband, and I are like those who dream, as we intensify our prayers and lay our plans at Jesus’ feet to be able to see not only Italy, but Europe and may nations impacted by the power of Jesus and the Gospel over the next few years!

Right now I can tell you that my husband and I are excited as we wait for the documents to arrive (when you read this they will, probably, have already arrived!), so that we can go to Italy and finish this process.

Right now we are thankful that we are fully vaccinated.

Right now we are confident that the flight-tickets are only a small detail for God, and that we will be able to fulfill what has been in our prayers this year, that is TO BE IN ITALY NOW IN NOVEMBER.

AND YOU, WHERE ARE YOU RIGHT NOW? WHAT CAN YOU BE THANKFUL FOR?

HAS THE LORD BEEN FAITHFUL TO YOU?

“Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments”. – Deuteronomy 7.9

“For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed – a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: ‘The righteous will live by faith.’” – Romans 1.17

Here is a trustworthy saying: If we died with him, we will also live with him; if we endure, we will also reign with him. If we disown him, he will also disown us;if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself. – 2 Timothy 2.11-13

RIGHT NOW, NO MATTER WHERE YOU FIND YOURSELF AT, KNOW THAT THE FAITHFULNESS OF THE LORD WILL ALWAYS BE THERE TO MEET YOU IN THE WAY.

Oi pessoal, quanto tempo! Como vocês estão?

Espero que esse update encontre você muito bem apesar de todos os desafios que todos nós encontramos durante esse ano! Apesar e muito além da quarentena, Deus fez e tem feito coisas grandiosas ao decorrer dos meses e quero contar um pouquinho pra vocês.

Desde minha última postagem muitas coisas aconteceram, e entre elas, o evento incrível e abençoador que reuniu cristãos de todo o país e do mundo. Logo após esse evento eu tinha intenções de ir para a Itália, para terminar minha cidadania. Porém, Deus falou através do meu pastor e de algumas outras maneiras que não era tempo ainda, e sou extremamente grata por ele ser um Deus de detalhes, pois o epicentro de toda essa pandemia foi lá na Itália primeiro. Assim, continuei a ficar por aqui na minha cidade natal. Quanto ao valor financeiro que eu necessitava para terminar a tradução e a apostila das certidões aqui no Brasil, Deus me abençoou através da vida de alguns de vocês e também através de aulas de inglês online, e hoje tenho o que necessito para essa parte do processo, ficando agora somente o valor final para a parte da Itália a ser alcançado!

GRAÇAS A DEUS POR SUA PROVISÃO EM TEMPO CERTO!

Bom, vamos agora para algumas novidades! Em janeiro através de um culto no qual ministrei a adoração sem uma programação prévia, conheci uma galera que era muito animada e cheia de amor por Jesus. Ao sairmos às vezes antes da pandemia Deus me abençoou com amizades das quais eu mal sabia que viria algo surpreendente e que mudaria a minha vida para exatamente onde deveria estar e, assim poder continuar a caminhada rumo ao que Deus havia me falado quando voltei ao Brasil.

Mesmo com a quarentena algo aconteceu, e depois de um pastel, cheio de higienizações e limitações devido ao COVID-19, conheci aquele que, EU NEM SONHAVA, mas seria o meu futuro esposo. Alguns meses se passaram e através de algumas caminhadas e conversas sobre missões, fomos conhecendo um ao outro melhor, e depois de um tempo que ele já estava orando por mim e falando com Jesus sobre meu coração, o Espírito Santo começou a me despertar e mover meu coração de maneira diferente e única.

No dia dos namorados, fui pedida em namoro, mas com intenção clara de casamento, haha… Depois disso começamos a orar intencionalmente pela data do nosso casamento e a dar passos nessa direção. Conversamos com nossos pastores, familiares e amigos próximos e tivemos grande celebração e alegria de todos os lados! E por isso somos imensamente gratos a Jesus!!!

Três meses se passaram, e era suficiente eu esperar por alguma surpresa pelo fato de ser meu aniversário naquele mês; porém o que eu menos esperava era uma festa de aniversário surpresa, depois de uma surpresa inesquecível… SER PEDIDA EM CASAMENTO! Não sabia se eu ria ou chorava, ou se gritava ou se acreditava no que estava acontecendo ali, num belo pôr-do-sol, com a pessoa que amo bem na minha frente, ajoelhada e sorrindo pra mim!

Bom, foi assim que chegamos aqui nesse post. Eu tenho muita alegria em compartilhar e encorajar a cada um de vocês, independente de quais sejam as situações que você tem enfrentado nesse tempo; para que você possa se alegrar comigo sim, mas também ver melhor os detalhes da sua própria vida esse ano e contar as inúmeras bênçãos que podem ter passado despercebidas. Quero muito que saibam de tudo isso ainda, pois vocês tem grande parte em tudo isso e sou grata a Deus por poder tê-los comigo nessa caminhada.

Estou noiva e tenho me preparado para isso há muito tempo e desde que conheci meu noivo (Jayme) mais ainda; mas o nosso Noivo está pra voltar, será que temos o conhecido o suficiente? Será que temos nos preparado e desejado o celebrar da nossa união que se dará quando ele vier nos encontrar?

“Mas, como é Santo aquele que vos chamou, sede vós também santos em toda vossa maneira de viver”. 1 Pedro 1.15

Creio que Jesus tem um desejo imenso em voltar para a sua amada, porém entendemos que para isso acontecer, a santificação da noiva é necessária para exaltar seu nome e assim o atrair, chamando o Noivo amado para esse tão esperado encontro.

 “Regozijemo-nos! Vamos nos alegrar e dar-lhe glória! Pois chegou a hora do casamento do Cordeiro, e a sua noiva já se aprontou. Foi-lhe dado para vestir-se linho fino, brilhante e puro”. O linho fino são os atos justos dos santos”. – Apocalipse 19:7,8

Por fim, além de pedir por suas orações e agradecer por seu suporte financeiro ou em oração; desejo profundamente que esse post encontre você da maneira em que está e te dê ânimo por saber que Deus age nos detalhes. E também, quero que você se lembre sempre de CELEBRAR tudo o que pode ver da bondade de Deus, ou o que NÃO PODE VER e que talvez esteja tentando te desanimar ou lhe pôr medo. O amor dele lança fora todo o medo e ele prometeu que estaria conosco até a consumação dos séculos. Que estejamos alegres na força dele, e cantando a canção da sua vinda: MARANATA!
“O Espírito e a noiva dizem: ‘Vem!’ E todo aquele que ouvir diga: ‘Vem!’ Quem tiver sede venha; e quem quiser beba de graça da água da vida”. – Apocalipse 22.17

Hi everyone, it has been too long!  How are you all?

I hope this update finds you very well despite all the challenges we all have been facing along this year! Despite of the quarantine and far beyond it, God has done great things during these months and I want to tell you a little bit about it.

Since my last post many things have happened and among them a big and very blessed event which has brought together Christians form the whole country and from the world. Right after that event I had the intention of going to Italy to finish my citizenship process. However, God has spoken through my pastor and in some other ways that showed me it was not the time for it yet and I’m very grateful  that God is a God of details, because the epicenter of this whole pandemic was in Italy first. This way, I continued to stay here in my hometown. As to the amount of money I needed to finish the translation and the apostille of the certificates here in Brazil, God has blessed me through the lives of some of you and also through my online English Classes, and today I have all that I need for that part of the process, missing out on only the final amount for the Italian part to be finished!

PRAISE GOD FOR HIS RIGHT TIMING PROVISION!

Well, let’s go now to some news! In January through a service in which I led worship at, without any planning beforehand, I’ve got to meet some very excited people that were also filled by Jesus. When we went out to eat sometimes before this pandemic God blessed me with some friendships from which I could never imagine to come something unprecedented that would end up changing my life to exactly where I should be and this way I would be able to continue the journey towards what God had told me when I was coming back to Brazil.

Even with the quarantine something happened, and after a pastel and a lot of sanitizing restrictions due to COVID-19, I’ve met the one who, I COULD NOT HAVE DREAMED OF, but would be my future husband. A couple months went by and through some walks and talks about missions, we’ve come to know each other better and after a while that he was praying for me and talking to Jesus about my heart, the Holy Spirit started to awake me and move my heart in a different and unique way.

On Brazilian Valentine’s Day, he asked me to date him, but with a clear intention of marriage, haha… After that we’ve started praying intentionally for the date of our wedding and have started taking steps towards that. We talked to our pastors, family and close friends and had all of them celebrating our decision with great joy! And for that we are thankful to Jesus!!!

Three months have gone by and it was already enough for me to wait for a surprise because it was close to my birthday on that month, however I could never expect a birthday party, after an unforgettable surprise… TO BE ASKED INTO MARRIAGE! I didn’t know if I was to laugh or cry, or if I screamed or if I believed what was happening there, at a beautiful sunset, with the person I love right in from of me, kneeling down and smiling at me!

Well, that’s how we have got to this post. And I have a great joy of sharing this with you and to encourage each of you, no matter what situations you have been passing through during this time; I desire for you not only to partake on my joy, but also for you to see better the details of your own life this year and start counting the innumerable blessings that maybe you haven’t noticed. I really want you to know all of this because you have also great part in it and I’m thankful to God for being able to have you with me on this journey.

I’m engaged and I have been preparing myself for it for a long time now and since I have met my fiancé (Jayme) even more; however our Bridegroom is coming back, and I question: have we come to know Him enough? Have we been preparing ourselves and desired to celebrate our union to Him when he comes back to meet us?

 “But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do”;                –1 Peter 1.15

I believe that Jesus has a deep desire of coming back to His beloved bride; however we understand that for that to happen the sanctification of the bride is necessary in order to exalt His name and this way to attract Him, calling back the Bridegroom to this so awaited reunion.

“Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory!
For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. Fine linen, bright and clean was given her to wear.”    – Revelation 19.7-8

At last, besides asking for your prayers and thanking you for your financial and prayer support, I desire deeply that this post encounters you the way you are and lift you up to knowing that God works on the details. Furthermore, I want you to remember to always CELEBRATE everything that you can see from the goodness of God, or what you CANNOT SEE and that maybe is trying to discourage you or cause you to fear. His love casts away all fear and He has promised that He would be with us until the end of the times. May we rejoice in His strength and keep singing the song of His coming: MARANATHA!

Recentemente tive a incrível e tão esperada oportunidade de viajar para Cuiabá (cidade em que vivi por quatro anos). Eu jã estava orando há um tempo e, como o apóstolo Paulo diz muito em suas cartas, eu desejava ter com meus irmãos e irmãs lá. Deus ouviu minhas orações e preparou um tempo apropriado para eu estar lá e participar com Jesus na obra de Seu Reino naquele lugar.

Posso dizer a você que Deus não só me deu o prazer de encontrar-se com amigos queridos, mas também abriu muitas portas para que pudesse conhecer uma igreja incrível, uma sala de oração abençoada e líderes maravilhosos com os quais eu pude aprender tanto em tão pouco tempo. E por isso estou imensamente grata.

Sabe, TEMPO CERTO E OBEDIÊNCIA SÃO CHAVES MUITO IMPORTANTES nos dias de hoje. Posso contar muitas histórias e detalhes que aconteceram porque Deus faz maravilhas quando Ele vê abertura e disponibilidade em Seus filhos e filhas. Pude ter o privilégio de ministrar a adoração em alguns lugares, de ver Jesus tocando muitos jovens em um ajuntamento de jovens no fim de semana, pude sentar e ter conversas inesperadas com aqueles pelos quais eu havia orado antes de ir para lá e com aqueles que Deus trouxe e conectou a mim ali.

Uma das coisas as quais eu pude fazer parte e servir enquanto estava lá foi na sala de oração GChop. Ai, como eu orei e desejei colocar meus pés naquele lugar! Não, não é nada místico ou algo do tipo. É apenas o entendimento de que a presença do DEUS VIVO é a única e mais cultivada e adorada naquele lugar! Então, sim, não há como não ficar empolgada com isso. Fiquei extasiada com a graça de Deus para comigo lá.  Toquei em um set  de intercessão durante duas horas, que na verdade pareceram 30min, pois Jesus estava ali e as pessoas foram abençoadas, restauradas, renovadas, e tocadas com o toque dos Céus! Sim, quando nos comprometemos com as coisas do Senhor primeiro, podemos ter certeza de que Ele estará conosco e proverá em todas as áreas de nossas vidas! É uma promessa! BUSQUEM EM PRIMEIRO O REINO E TODAS AS DEMAIS SERÃO ADICIONADAS A VOCÊ. Assim como Rute, aquela da história bíblica , escolheu buscar e colocar Deus em primeiro lugar, mesmo que fosse necessário que ela morasse longe da casa de seus pais,

viúva e sozinha com sua sogra, sua decisão concedeu a ela o que ela não pediu ou esperava. Para sobreviver, ela teve que colher o trigo deixado no solo da colheita de alguém e acabou juntando mais feixes de trigo do que ela fora lá buscar e ainda ela foi resgatada por um parente próximo, como era costume na época, e veio a ter uma família novamente. EXPERIMENTOU O FAVOR  DE DEUS POR SUA OBEDIÊNCIA E HONRA.

Veja, eu não estou chamando a atenção para o quanto sou isso ou aquilo, pois estou longe de ser perfeita. No entanto, pela graça de Deus e a instrução por meio de Sua palavra, eu pude dar passos de fé e me encontrar nos lugares certos, na hora certa. Sim, eu poderia estar super preocupada com as finanças, pois, enquanto estava lá, muita coisa aconteceu, como meu violão e telefone quebraram, mas de alguma forma a paz de Deus me encontrou de novo e de novo no meio do caminho. Ele nunca irá nos chamar para um lugar ou para fazer algo onde Ele ainda não está e ele sempre nos capacitará em tudo. Portanto, enquanto você lê tudo isso, oro agora com fé e ousadia para que Deus te de a paz e para que você encontre em Sua palavra o entendimento que precisa para qualquer que seja a situação pela qual esteja passando ou da qual espera uma resposta, porque DEUS É BOM! Então CONFIE nele.

Para finalizar, tenho algumas notícias fresquinhas sobre a quantidade financeira da qual falei no último informativo e que disse estar faltando para que eu pudesse pedir as certidões e enviá-las para traduzir e apostilar. Recently I’ve got the amazing and so waited for opportunity of traveling to Cuiaba (A city

I’ve lived for four years at). I had been praying for a while, and as the apostle Paul says a lot on his letters , I longed to be with my brothers and sisters there. And God heard my prayers and prepared a proper time for me to be there and partake with Jesus in the work of His Kingdom in that place. I can tell you that God has not only given me the pleasure of meeting with dear friends but He has also gifted me with amazing open doors to get to know an amazing church, a blessed prayer room and wonderful leaders from which I could learn so much in so short time. And for that I beyond thankful.

You know, TIMING AND OBEDIENCE ARE REALLY IMPORTANT KEYS these days. I can tell you many stories and details which happened because God works wonders when He sees openness and availability in His sons and daughters. I could have the privilege of ministering worship in a couple places, seeing Jesus touching many young people on a weekend “immersion” gathering, and sit and have unexpected talks with ones I had prayed for before going there and with ones God brought me there to connect with!

One of the things I could be part of and serve while being there was the GChop – House of Prayer. Oh how I had prayed and longed to set my feet on that ground! No, it’s not anything mystical or something. It is just the knowledge that the presence of THE LIVING GOD is the only and most cultivated and adored in such place! So yes, there’s no way of not being excited for it. And I was blown away by God’s grace towards me there.

GChop – House of Prayer

I got to play on a set during two hours, which actually felt like 30min, for Jesus was right there and people were blessed, restored, refreshed, touched with the touch of Heaven! So yes, when we commit to the Lord’s schedule first we can be sure He will meet us and provide in every area of our lives! It’s a promise! SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM AND ALL ELSE WILL BE ADDED TO YOU. As Ruth, from the Bible story, chose to seek and put God in first even if it took for her to live away from her parents home, widowed, and alone with her mother-in-law, her decision granted her what she didn’t expect or asked for. In order to survive she had to gather the wheat left on the ground of someone´s harvest and she gathered more sheaves of wheat than she went there for and she was rescued by a close relative, as it was of costume at the time, and came to have a family once again. SHE EXPERIENCED GOD’S FAVOR BECAUSE OF HER OBEDIENCE AND HONOR.

See,  I am not calling attention to how much I’m this or that, I far from being perfect. However, by God’s grace and His instruction through His word, I could step out in faith and find myself in the right places at the right time. Yes, I could be super worried by the finances for going and while I was there so much happened, like my guitar and phone have broken, but somehow God’s peace just met me again and again in the way. He will never call you to a place or to do something He is not already there and has made you capable of walking in it. And as you read this I want to speak out in faith and boldness that you are going to have peace and find in His word understanding  to whatever situation you are going through or waiting on an answer for, cause GOD IS THAT GOOD! So TRUST Him.

To end with, I have some fresh news about the amount of money I spoke on the last newsletter that it was missing for me to be able to order the certificates and send them to translate and to be apostilled. AND I AM HERE THANKFUL TO SAY I HAVE GOTTEN ABOUT 370 EUROS FOR IT, AND NOW I AM MISSING ONLY ABOUT 500 MORE TO HAVE IT ALL TO FINISH THE PART OF THE PROCESS HERE IN BRAZIL. (I NEED NOW ONLY 20 PEOPLE THAT WOULD HELP WITH €25 / US$25).

Enquanto assistia a uma pregação ouvi essa frase:

          “TRANSIÇÃO É UMA HABILIDADE, E A MUDANÇA É UM PRESENTE”.                 – Steven Furtick

Ás vezes só precisamos lembrar do que ele já fez!

Chega um momento em que você e eu temos que começar a buscar discernimento de Deus de maneira íntima e intencional, a fim de saber se esse sonho ou visão que veio dele é para esse período ou não, chegando a um ponto em que não iremos temer se tal visão ou sonho, vindos dEle há tanto tempo, acontecerão em breve ou não, ou se as pessoas ao nosso redor estão acreditando ou se estão pensando que somos loucos; mas temeremos ao Senhor de tal maneira, por ter comunhão com Ele, que isso nos fará ter a sabedoria do alto. Então, nesse momento, não importa qual seja o plano ou a promessa que estamos segurando ou aguardando, saberemos e descansaremos profundamente no fato de que Ele é fiel e, se estivermos posicionados e dispostos a tomar Sua mão direita, seremos capazes de transicionar e não apenas receber a mudança que Ele deseja nos dar. Portanto, quando a mudança chegar, não será apenas externamente, mas também internamente, moldando nossas mentes para poder acompanhá-la através da transformação que ocorre durante o processo de transição; E no final, que na verdade é só o começo, o resultado será uma maturidade e uma força capazes de avançar como aqueles que se apegam à plenitude daquilo que somente Deus pode ver e até lá nos direcionar.

POR QUE ESTOU DIZENDO TUDO ISSO?

Acho que primeiro Deus falou comigo através desses meses esperando por somente mais uma etapa desse processo de cidadania, enquanto eu passava dias com minha avó no hospital e depois outros dias vivendo pra ver o milagre que Deus fez na saúde dela; E segundo, pois mesmo quando muita coisa está nos rodeando, e já não conseguimos ver o que aguardamos finalmente acontecendo, ao esperarmos em Deus as coisas acontecem e continuam a se mover para frente, e ai notamos que o tempo dele era perfeito desde o início… E assim eu quero compartilhar com vocês sobre mais uma etapa do meu processo de cidadania vindo ser concluído.

Em Abril desse ano eu vos escrevi dizendo que uma amiga minha, que é advogada, decidiu me ajudar a concluir algumas retificações de uns documentos e também a restauração de um deles judicialmente, para que por fim eu possa enviá-los para serem traduzidos e apostilados, podendo então ser usados na Itália aonde o final do processo de reconhecimento da cidadania acontece. Finalmente, depois de alguns meses, muitos detalhes, nomes, datas, documentos revisados, e algumas complicações para conseguir tudo aprovado pelo juiz do caso: ESTÁ TUDO APROVADO E JÁ ENVIADO PARA OS CARTÓRIOS ESPECÍFICOS PARA FICAREM PRONTOS, E TUDO ISSO PARA A GLÓRIA DE DO NOME DE JESUS!!!

Dito tudo isso, eu queria muito AGRADECER A DEUS por minha advogada e amiga Nina que tem sido de grande ajuda nisso, agradecer a ele por cada oração sua, cada mensagem de cuidado e preocupação para comigo até agora, por todo o suporte financeiro de alguns poucos que acreditam que Deus está nesse processo e que confiam nele para confiar que eu estou investindo a sua ajuda nesse processo, e que meu desejo é obedecer e temer a Deus o suficiente e ouvir dele através de estar em sua palavra para não perder de vista o que ele deseja mas do que meus sonhos pessoais.

While watching a preaching I heard this sentence:

“TRANSITION IS A SKILL, AND CHANGE IS A GIFT”. – Steven Furtick

Sometimes we have to remember of what He has done!

There comes a time when you and I have to start seeking for discernement from God intesely and intentionally in order to know if that certain dream or vision which came from Him is for such time or not, coming to a point where we will not fear if such long time vision and dream from Him will happen soon or not so, or if people around us believe in it or think we are crazy; but we will fear the Lord by communing with Him in such way that it causes us to have wisdom from above. Then, just then, no matter what the plan was or what the promise is we are holding on to or waiting for, we will know and rest deeply in the fact that He is faithful and if we are positioned and willing to take His right hand we will be able to transition and not only receive the change that He so wants to give to us. So when the change comes, not only externally it will, but also internally, shaping our minds to be able to accompany it through the transformation that comes within the process of transition; And at the end, which is actually the beginning, the result will be a maturity and a strengh capable to walk forward as ones who cling to the fullness of what only God can see and direct us to.

WHY AM I SAYING ALL OF THIS?

A sevice of thankfulness for grandma´s healing / Um culto de gratidão pela cura da minha avó

I guess because first God spoke to me throughout these months waiting for just another step, while spending days in a hospital with my grandma and other days after God worked a miracle in her health; and second because even when a lot is going on and we just can´t see things coming through for us, as we wait in Him things happen and continue to move forward, and then we notice His time was perfect from the beginning… And for that I want to share with you guys about one more step of my citizenship process coming to get done.

On April this year I wrote to you all and said a friend of mine, which is a lawyer, decided to help me to get some final papers corrected and one of them restored judicially so I could finally send them all to translation and properlly apostilled by the government in order to take them to Italy to walk through the end of the process of getting a hold of my Italian citizenship. So, after a couple months, a lot of details, names, dates, revising of papers, and some complications to get it all approved by the judge of the case: IT IS ALL APPROVED AND ALREADY SENT TO THE SPECIFIC NOTARY OFFICES TO GET DONE FOR THE GLORY OF THE NAME OF JESUS!!!

That said, I just want to THANK GOD for my lawyer and friend Nina that has been helping me with that, thank Him for every prayer, every message of caring and good concern all way until now, all the financial support of few which believe God is in this and trust Him to know I am investing in this process for real, and that is my desire to obey and fear God enough to hear from Him and be in His word not to lose sight of what He desires more than my personal dreams.

Já faz um tempo que eu escrevi a vocês contando as novidades. Digamos que não foi o ano mais fácil para minha família e eu, mas através de tudo o que aconteceu eu também posso lhe dizer que Deus nos abençoou e caminhou ao nosso lado com sua fidelidade e bondade. Pude o ver trabalhando e unindo a mina família mais e mais, dando a mim a oportunidade de cultivar momentos com a minha avó e em casa. Deus também proveu que a minha amiga e irmã viesse lá da Alemanha para fazer uma visita surpresa! É, há muitas coisas e detalhes pra contar, por isso talvez irei contar um pouco agora e um pouco em um outro informativo.

Aqui vamos nós…

Posso dizer que é tudo sobre a posição do coração. Adorar é uma decisão diária. É a postura daquele que anda e obedece, pois conhece, não somente por que sente.

Você pode pensar – mais fácil falar do que fazer! – verdade. Ano passado eu escrevi a vocês dois informativos falando sobre confiar em Deus e ser luz aonde quer que estejamos. Quando eu os escrevi isso, meu tio havia acabado de falecer e acho que 2 ou 3 meses depois o meu amado avô veio a falecer de repente também. Não posso de nenhuma maneira, e nem quero, comparar a minha dor ou minhas dificuldades com as suas, pois com certeza eu sei que muitos nesse mundo passaram ou estão passando por muito mais do que eu. Assim, falo por mim e minha família que foi realmente um tempo difícil e sobremaneira não esperado, especialmente quando me refiro à morte do meu tio. Até aquele momento eu não tinha tido nenhuma experiência em perder alguém da minha família próxima, e repentinamente estava experimentando como era perder duas pessoas de uma vez. Com isso tudo vieram sentimentos muito diferentes e intensos e como ondas meus pensamentos estavam dentro de mim. E ainda tudo aconteceu logo antes do meu aniversário.

Bom, independente dos meus sentimentos eu tinha que ir para Jesus com tudo aquilo, pois senão eu não saberia o que Ele queria que eu visse em meio ao que estava acontecendo ou ainda como superar aquele momento da melhor e mais perfeita maneira que somente nEle eu e você conseguimos fazer. Os dias foram se passando e pude ver e ter mais entendimento de certas coisas, as quais eu gostaria de listar aqui abaixo e talvez pontuar algumas verdades pra você que está lendo:

• A alegria pode de modo estranho, mas real, ser encontrado em meio a um funeral. (Eclesiastes 7.2)
• O conforto do Espírito Santo vem suave e caloroso se escolhermos recebê-lo e não só continuar escondidos atrás do sofrimento. (João 14.26 / Mateus 5.4)
• A compaixão é regada pela provação. (Mateus 27:43 / Colossenses 3.12)
• Adorar solidifica a verdade existente dentro de nós e externa tal verdade quando o deserto ou as dificuldades estão a nos cercar. (Salmos 71.14,20-22)

Então, após todo o processo de dor e momento de sofrimento, esperança verdadeira me trouxe para “fora” mais resiliente e com certas arestas da fé dentro de mim mais enraizadas naquela nova face da bondade e cuidado de Deus que eu comecei a ver. Não é intrigante como aquilo que vem para nos ferir, ou também nossa própria vergonha e inseguranças na vida, podem nos impulsionar a ver melhor a pessoa de Jesus e aumentar nosso desejo pela eternidade do jeito que deveria ser na verdade?! É assim que me encontro mais e mais. Enquanto a televisão quase que sangra nas nossas salas de estar e as calamidades inundam as notícias ultimamente, eu tenho que permanecer firme naquilo que EU SEI sobre o caráter de Deus, e você também tem! Muitos irão e já têm questionado onde Ele está em meio a tanto mal… ELE É O BOM, A BONDADE MAIS MARAVILHOSA E GENEROSA EM MEIO A TUDO ISSO. ELE NÃO MUDA. ELE É CONSTANTE.

Espero que agora tenhamos entendido talvez melhor que é UMA ESCOLHA adorar e obedecer todos os dias somente por SABER e CONFIAR no que SABEMOS sobre Deus e sobre como Ele faz as coisas; Eu oro para que você vá até Ele e tente ver o que Ele tem pra você na situação em que você se encontra neste momento. Peça a Ele para que te ajude a encontrar alegria, compaixão, perdão, paz, bondade… e estou certa de que você irá começar a ver e compreender os propósitos dEle e ter a convicção de que Ele nunca te deixou.

Agora, eu realmente quero te contar um pouco sobre como está meu processo de cidadania…

QUE PROCESSO ESTE! HahA… Tem sido fascinante, cheio de aprendizagem, difícil, interessante e aperfeiçoador. Da última vez que escrevi pra vocês eu ainda estava retificando algumas certidões e algumas pessoas me ajudaram com isso através de orações e também com alguns custos para finalizar essa parte. Eu sou profundamente grata pelas pessoas que lerão esse informativo e saberão que são elas que estou mencionando, porém eu também sou grata por aquelas pessoas que me ajudaram por simples bondade e seus corações, ainda que só meu ouviram pelo telefone. No momento eu consigo dizer pra você que estou chegando quase no fim do meu processo no Brasil e eu louvo a Deus por seu favor e por seu trabalhar nesse processo até aqui. Ainda preciso de você e do seu fiel suporte em oração e sua parceria para que possamos ver o resto deste processo vir a um desfecho!

Assim, o que posso lhe dizer sobre isso é:

It’s been a while since I last wrote an update. Let’s say it was not the easiest year for my family and I, but through it all I shall also say that God has blessed us and walked alongside us with His faithfulness and kindness. I could see Him working and uniting my family more and more, giving me the opportunity to cultivate time with my grandma and at home. God has also provided that my friend and sister came all way from Germany as a surprise visit to me! Yeah, there so many things and details I could tell you, so maybe I’ll tell you some of it now and then I send another update afterwards.

Here we go…

I can say that It’s all about the position of the heart. To praise is a daily decision.  It’s a posture of one that walks and obeys by knowing and not only by feeling it.

You might think then – easier said than done! – true. Last year I’ve written two updates talking about trusting in God and being light everywhere you go. Whenever I wrote this my uncle had just passed away and I guess about 2 or 3 months later my beloved Grandpa suddenly passed away as well. I can´t, in any way, or want to compare my pain or my difficulties to yours, because I sure know many in this world has passed or are passing through so much more than this. That said, I can say that for me and my family it was a really hard time and not at all expected, especially when it comes my uncle’s death. Until that moment I had no experience in losing anyone from my close family, and suddenly I was experiencing two losses in a roll. With that came a bunch of different and intensified feelings and waves of thoughts inside of me. This all happened also just before my birthday.

Well, despite my feelings I had to come to Jesus with all of that, if not I wouldn´t know what He had for me to get from it and how to overcome it in the best and perfect way which only in Him we have. And as the days went by I could see and come to an better understanding of a few things which I want to list here below and make a point to you that is reading:

• Joy can strangely, but in fact, be found in the midst of a funeral. (Ecclesiastes 7.2)
• The comfort of the Holy Spirit comes so soft and warm if you just choose to receive it and not only keep on hiding behind the grieving. (John 14.26 / Matthew 5.4)
• Compassion is watered through the trials. (Matthew 27:43/Colossians 3.12)
• Praise solidifies the truth existent inside of us and it brings such truth out when the desert or difficulties are surrounding us. (Psalm 71.14, 20-22)

Then, after all the process of pain and moment of suffering, true hope brought me out of it more resilient and with certain steaks of the faith inside of me more rooted in that  new face of  the goodness and caring of God I came to see. Isn’t it intriguing how that what comes to hurt us, or our own shame and insecurities in life can so propel us to see better Jesus himself and increase our long for eternity the way it should actually be?! That’s how I find myself more and more. While the television almost bleed on our living rooms and the calamities have been flooding the news lately, I have to stand steadfast on what I KNOW from the character of God, and so have you! Many will and are asking where He is in the midst of the bad… HE IS THE GOOD, THE MOST AMAZING AND GENEROUS GOODNESS IN ALL OF IT. HE DOESN´T CHANGE. HE IS THE CONSTANT ONE.

I hope that we can now understand maybe better that it is A CHOICE to praise and obey everyday just by KNOWING and TRUSTING what we KNOW about God and how He does things; I pray that you go to Him and try to see what He has for you in the situation you are going through right now. Ask Him to help you to find joy, compassion, forgiviness, peace, goodness… and I am sure you are going to begin to see and undertand better His purposes and have the conviction that He has never left you.

Now, I really want to tell you a little bit about how is going my citizenship process…

WHAT A PROCESS THIS ONE! haha… It’s been fascinating, full of learning, tough, interesting and shaping. Last time I wrote you I was still correcting some certificates and some people helped me through prayer and also with some of the costs to get that done. I’m deeply thankful for people that will read this and know who they are, but I am also  thankful for the ones that just helped me out of a good heart even by only hearing my voice on the phone. By now I can say to you that I am coming towards almost the end part of the process here in Brazil and I praise God for His favor and for working things through until now. Still I need you and your faithful support in prayer and partnership to come to see the rest of it coming together!

So, what I can tell you is that:

1. MY FRIEND, WHO IS A LAWYER, DECIDED TO BLESS ME WITH HER HELP TO GET THE RESTORATION PROCESS OF ONE OF THE CERTIFICATES DONE. PLEASE PRAY THAT THE LORD CONTINUE TO SHOW FAVOR AND GUIDE HER IN WHAT TO DO AND GUIDE ALSO THE JUDGE AND THE OFFICIAL OF THE NOTARY’S OFFICE TO FINALIZE IT.                                                                     ____       
2. I GOT IN TOUCH WITH A OFFICIAL TRANSLATOR, WHICH WILL BE THE NEXT STEP OF THE PROCESS AFTER THE LAST DOCUMENT GETS RESTORED AND CORRECTED. SHE HAS HELPED ME TO GET A BUDGET FOR THE COSTS OF THE TRANSLATION OF THE DOCUMENTS TOGETHER WITH APOSTILLE ALL SET TO BE ACCEPTED IN ITALIAN SOIL. FOR ALL HER SERVICES AND THE SERVICES OF THE STATE THE TOTAL COST IS €686 EUROS. PLEASE PRAY THAT I CAN GATHER ALL THE FINANCES FOR US TO MAKE A DEAL AND GET THAT DONE.                                                                           ____     
3. GOD BROUGHT ME TO THESE PEOPLE THAT HAVE A HEART FOR MISSIONS AND WORK WITH THE CITIZENSHIP PROCESS IN ITALY, PROVIDING RESIDENCY AND THE ASSISTANCE FOR THE WHOLE PART OF THE PROCESS WHEN I GET THERE. THEY WERE REALLY KIND TO ME AND OFFERED ME A LOT LESS THAN USUALLY COSTS FOR THEIR HOUSING AND ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THEY LOVE GOD AND LOVE TO SEE THE GOSPEL TO GO FORWARD THROUGH MISSIONS.

But this last one I want to leave as a prayer request, and I will write more about it on my next newsletter to you. I believe the Lord hears each one of your prayers, and I can say that He has met my needs and all what was done towards this process until now… Maybe you don’t see why I would ask for you to pray, but your prayers sincerely make the whole difference! God has been seeing every contribution, every person pouring out their hearts and interceding for me, every word of encouragement and caring towards me from each of you! I am beyond thankful for it!

So to summarize a little, DON’T FORGET TO PRAISE! BE THANKFUL! CULTIVATE THE ONES AROUND YOU! BLOSSOM WHERE YOU ARE! ASK FOR HELP, BUT DON’T STOP BECAUSE OF LIES, ALWAYS ROOT YOURSELF IN THE TRUTH OF THE WORD OF GOD AND HIS CHARACTER!

OI IRMÃOS E IRMÃS EM CRISTO!!!

MENINAS DO EFATÁ / GIRLS FROM EFATÁ

Como vocês sabem estou fazendo meu processo de cidadania, mas há muito mais coisa acontecendo durante esse período que estou aqui no Brasil, e por isso quero compartilhar com vocês sobre duas rápidas experiências que tenho tido o privilégio de fazer parte aqui!

Bom, a primeira experiência tem sido com o PROJETO ABRACE. Este projeto acontece aos domingos pela manhã em um bairro um pouco mais afastado da cidade em que moro, sendo considerado um dos bairros mais “pesados” daqui vamos assim dizer. Famílias desestruturadas, pais que abusam de filhos, filhos que se tornam traficantes e drogados e abusam dos pais, crianças simplesmente sem o mínimo de cuidado básico e muitas cheias de traumas ou problemas mentais e físicos.

Todo domingo nos reunimos nessa escola do bairro, e lá temos louvor, ensinamento bíblico para crianças e adultos, escola bíblica dominical e lanchinho. É maravilhoso ver o que Deus já tem mudado nessa comunidade desde que o projeto foi iniciado ali,  quantos pais e mães que se renderam a Jesus e isso mudou radicalmente a vida de suas famílias!

Projeto Abrace

Todavia, há tanta coisa que acontece em nossas cidades e muitas vezes não temos noção! E por isso queria te motivar a procurar em sua igreja local, ou prefeitura se há algum projeto em sua cidade no qual você possa fazer parte e levar a luz de Jesus para outros, pois quando ele entra em um lugar, família, sociedade, ELE MUDA TUDO! ELE É A PRÓPRIA VIDA E ESPERANÇA! Sim, é um privilégio fazer parte do que Deus tem feito no mundo, mas também fazer aqui, pertinho de cada um de nós!

Agora vou contar pra vocês da segunda experiência que tenho podido fazer parte! É um ministério chamado EFATÁ (se significa ABRE-TE). Este ministério começou em Cuiabá-MT há algum tempo já através de duas amigas que se dispuseram e ouviram o chamado de Jesus com o propósito de que corações de homens e mulheres sejam abertos e que eles venham pra mais perto de Cristo!

No fim do mês de julho, Deus me surpreendeu e mudou meus planos, como Ele sempre faz! Haha… Há alguns anos atrás, em uma das minhas vindas para o Brasil, me reuni com essas minhas duas amigas para orarmos e colocar os assuntos em dia. Resumindo, Deus confirmou o seu plano para que elas começassem o EFATÁ e agora, alguns anos depois, cá estou eu, viajando 24h para poder ver de perto tamanha GRAÇA! Sério, ele alinhou tudo para que estivesse lá, do meio de transporte até lugar pra ficar, além de muita comunhão, muita oração, muito mover de Deus pra ficar marcado pra vida toda!

O EFATÁ acontece da seguinte maneira: todo final do mês é marcada uma data, geralmente aos sábados no fim da tarde, em certo local e hora marcados para que as pessoas que quiserem vir e viram o convite nas redes sociais, ou foram convidadas pessoalmente sejam recebidas lá. Assim, um dia antes do evento, juntamente com algumas meninas que Deus separou para caminhar juntamente com as minhas amigas que começaram o ministério, tivemos um tempo maravilhoso e cheio da presença de Deus! Pudemos orar e compartilhar da palavra dele e pude ser privilegiada em ver de perto ele usar minha vida para motivá-las e afirmá-las em tudo aquilo que ele mesmo tem colocado e cultivado em seus corações. Vocês não fazem ideia de como essas meninas são comprometidas com a pessoa de Cristo, em caráter e em sua busca diária por mais dele. Não saberia descrever, mas ao orar por elas e ao orarem por mim, não me restam dúvidas de que Deus somente começou a gerar tudo aquilo que tem para os jovens da cidade de Cuiabá! (AMÉM?!)

Bom, sábado chegou e com ele a hora de arrumar tudo e receber as pessoas que iam chegando para o EFATÁ. Os meninos começaram a tocar e começamos a adorar a Jesus naquele lugar. Logo todos já haviam chegado e a palavra começou a ser ministrada. Eu estava no fundo, tocando teclado enquanto via Deus manifestando sua glória e tocando mesmo muitos que estavam ali. Era visível em suas faces que tal encontro com esse tão falado e almejado Jesus, não era algo que havia sido planejado por eles, pois ali estavam, todos surpresos, intrigados… E no final, admirados e encontrados pessoalmente, pois Jesus nunca deixa de vir quando corações estão abertos a recebê-lo.

Ahhh, como é incansável estar na presença dEle. Como é incansável e surpreendente caminhar passo-a-passo com Jesus, sabendo que Ele vai sempre fazer mais e diferente do que podemos imaginar. E ali, o EFATÁ acabou por aquele dia, mas VIDA NOVA começou em muitos corações!

Era hora de voltar então pra minha cidade natal e continuar trabalhando para finalizar meu processo de cidadania, mesmo sabendo que terei com minhas novas amigas/irmãs em breve, se assim Deus desejar, pra quem sabe mais um EFATÁ ou para o qualquer que seja o mover de Deus por lá!

Enfim, queria contar isso tudo a vocês, para talvez mais uma vez penetrar em seus corações essa vontade e entendimento de que Deus pode e age sim através de nós EM QUALQUER LUGAR que pisarmos nossos pés e carregarmos conosco A VERDADE ÚNICA: JESUS. HI BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN CHRIST!!!

Playing at EFATÁ´s metting / Tocando no encontro do EFATÁ

As you already know I´ve been working on my citizenship process, but besides that there´s a lot more stuff happening while I´m here in Brazil. Therefore, I wanna share some experiences with you and what I´ve been privileged of taking part in!

Well, the first experience has been with the PROJETO ABRACE. This project happens on Sunday mornings in a more distant neighborhood from my hometown, which is a place considered one of the “heaviest” here, if we can put this way. Unstructured families, parents that are abusive with their kids, kids that become drug dealers or addicted to drugs and abuse their parents because of it, ones that lack on basic healthcare or have many traumas or physical and mental disabilities.

Every Sunday we gather in this school located in the neighborhood, and there we get to worship together, we have bible teachings for kids and adults, Sunday bible school and something to eat afterwards. It´s wonderful to see how God is changing  this community since the project has started, the many moms and dads that surrendered themselves to Jesus and this way brought radical change to their entire families! However, there´s so much that happens in our towns and sometimes we have no idea about! That´s why I want to motivate you to search for your local church, or through the municipal administration in your city to get to know about any project that you could be part of and carry the light of Jesus to others there, because when He enters in a place, family or society, HE CHANGES EVERYTHING! HE IS LIFE AND HOPE HIMSELF! What a privilege is to be part of what God has been doing in the world, but also of what he is doing really close to each one of us!

Now I want to tell you about the second experience I´ve been able to take part in! It´s a ministry called EFATÁ (which means OPEN UP). This ministry has begun in Cuiabá-MT a while ago through two of my friends that made themselves available to Jesus´call, and now they are reaching out to men and women so that their hearts are opened and they can come into a closer with Jesus.

In the end of July, God has surprised me and changed my plans, as He always does! Haha… A couple years ago, during one of my trips to Brazil, I came together with two of my friends to pray and catch up. Summing up, God confirmed his plan for them to start the EFATÁ and now, a couple years later, here I am, traveling 24h to meet them and see closely God´s GRACE in action there! Seriously, He has brought everything into alignment for me to be there, since my transportation to the place to sleep over, and also a lot of communion, prayer, and so much of his move that has marked us for life!

EFATÁ happens this way: every end of month, on a certain date, generally on Saturdays in the end of the afternoon, in a certain location and hour set beforehand where people that feel like coming or were invited through the social media advertisement and also the ones personally invited can be received and participate of the event. Then, one day before the event, together with some girls that God has called to walk alongside my friends in this ministry, we could gather and have an amazing time filled with the presence of God. There we could pray and share of his word and I could have the privilege of seeing first hand He using my life to encourage them and affirm them in all what He has been placing and cultivating in their hearts. You have no idea of how these girls are committed to the person of Chris, in character and in their individual pursuit of Him daily. I would not know how to describe to you, but as I prayed for them and whenever they prayed for me, I couldn´t be more certain that God has just started to give birth to all that He has for the young people of the city of Cuiabá!

Well, Saturday arrived and with it the time to prepare everything to receive the people that would be coming to EFATÁ.

EFATA´S TEAM / EQUIPE DO EFATÁ

The guys started to play and together we worshipped Jesus in that place. Soon all the people arrived and the word started to be shared. I was in the background, playing the piano while watching God manifesting his glory and touching many that were there. It was visible in their faces that this so desired encounter with this Jesus people talked about, had not been planned by them, because there they were surprised, intrigued… And at the end, admired and personally met by HIM, for JESUS never lacks on showing up when hearts are opened to receive him.

OMG, how tireless is to be in his presence. How tireless and striking is to walk step-by-step with Jesus, knowing that He will always do more and always different of what we could grasp. This way, EFATÁ ended for that day, but NEW LIFE has started inside many hearts!

It was time to go back to my hometown and continue to work on finishing my citizenship process, even knowing that I´ll join my new friends/sisters soon, God willing, to have one more EFATÁ or to whatever He has in store or for whatever He is moving there!

Finally, I wanted to share all of this with you in order to, maybe once again, penetrate in your hearts this desire and understanding that God can and act through us ANYWHERE we step our feet into carrying with us THE ONLY TRUTH: JESUS. The one who has THE WORDS OF ETERNAL LIFE, THE YESHUA HAMASHIA, THE MESSIAH WHO IS THE WAY AND ALSO THE LIFE.

“Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful”. – Joshua 1.8

Já fazem mais ou menos 9 meses que estou trabalhando no meu processo de cidadania. Eu não sei se você sabe muito sobre tal processo, então eu quero contar um pouco sobre isso e algumas histórias de como eu o estou fazendo.

Como escrevi no título desse texto, é realmente um PROCESSO DE CONFIAR.

Eu passei por muitas situações enquanto fazia missões no exterior e achava que já tinha passado por um momento desses em que eu tinha que confiar plenamente em Deus para ver sua poderosa mão e seu agir sobrenatural em certa situação. No entanto, posso dizer-lhe que nunca fui tão testada na minha fé e confiança nEle e nos seus planos para a minha vida, como tenho sido.

Enfim… Sou descendente de italianos e, por causa do meu trisavô, posso pedir minha cidadania italiana. O processo para obtê-la varia, porque você pode fazê-lo no Brasil (que leva cerca de 5-10 anos) ou pela Itália (que leva apenas meses). Para isso, tenho reunido documentos bem antigos, como certidões de nascimento, casamento e óbito, que provam que minha linha hereditária é proveniente de sangue italiano.

É um processo difícil em que tenho que falar com pessoas diferentes e cartórios de muitos lugares, procurando por pequenos detalhes que precisam ser corrigidos e lendo muito, tentando aprender o “passo-a-passo” para conseguir tudo que eu preciso antes de ir para a Itália para terminar o processo. Tenho feito o processo sem pagar por assessoria, porque custa muito, e eu descobri que poderia fazer pelo menos a parte do processo aqui no Brasil, sozinha, mesmo que demore um pouco mais de tempo.

Durante esses meses tive dias de glória, como quando a certidão de nascimento italiana do meu trisavô chegou depois de mais de 2 meses; mas também tive dias em que corri para o lugar secreto para obter novamente a perspectiva da gloriosa presença de Deus e sair de lá segura na esperança da promessa e da palavra que Ele me deu para seguir em frente. Acho que vou te contar uma história rápida sobre algo que aconteceu algumas vezes durante esse processo…

Algumas das certidões que encontrei têm que ter um nome, uma idade ou data a ser corrigido, para que não tenha nenhum problema quando estiver Itália para provar a minha linhagem sanguínea e obter a cidadania. Para isso, tenho que ligar a todos os cartórios, um de cada vez, e corrigir cada pequeno erro antes de ir para a próxima certidão e corrigi-la também, e assim por diante. Eu posso dizer que a primeira pessoa com quem conversei foi muito legal e que meu documento foi retificado rapidamente. No entanto, isso nem sempre é um padrão para todos os cartórios… Aí que vem a história:

Através do primeiro documento que retifiquei, finalmente encontrei a certidão de óbito do meu trisavô, exatamente no momento certo. Então, enviei um e-mail para o cartório onde o óbito se localiza, requerendo que o documento seja oficialmente retificado e pensando comigo mesma, – Ah, essa retificação será tão rápida quanto à outra – mas por não estar familiarizada com as diferentes regras e como cada funcionário dos cartórios trabalha, cada processo pode trazer uma surpresa. Resumindo, eu tive um problema. Eu estava em casa quando um e-mail chegou dizendo que eu provavelmente teria que pagar novamente certa quantia, não tão barata, para consertar outra coisa na certidão e isso não poderia ser incluído no mesmo processo que já havia pagado para ser feito. A mulher com quem conversei foi realmente direta e rigorosa sobre isso.

Bom, quando eu li o e-mail prontamente clamei a Deus, com todo o meu coração, por tudo o que sei que Ele fará através de mim quando eu obtiver essa cidadania, pelas muitas pessoas que virão a ouvir do Evangelho da salvação em diferentes lugares deste mundo e pedi a Ele para mover mais uma vez, pois precisava ver que sua mão ainda estava comigo e que eu estava no centro da Sua vontade.

Sabe… Você pode estar se perguntando se estou exagerando. Mas eu quero te dizer uma coisa que li na semana passada:

“UMA PESSOA OBCECADA PENSA NO CÉU O TEMPO TODO. PESSOAS OBCECADAS ORIENTAM A PRÓPRIA VIDA EM FUNÇÃO DA ETERNIDADE; ELAS NÃO SE CONCENTRAM APENAS NO QUE ESTÁ AQUI, DIANTE DELAS”.

Então, sim, meu coração, mente e alma anseiam ver Jesus encontrar cada pessoa, de cada nação. Não quero perder tempo com preocupações e futilidades terrenas. Eu só quero estar tão no centro e obediente à vontade de Deus, no seu propósito e plano para a minha vida, que passarei a estar sempre no lugar certo e na hora certa para que Ele possa revelar a Sua glória através de mim, mesmo que não seja sobre a minha pessoa, ou sobre uma multidão enorme, poder ser que seja apenas sobre uma pessoa se encontrando com Jesus Cristo e sendo salva.

Ahhh, eu tenho que terminar a história… Como já aconteceu duas vezes antes, tipo muito, imediatamente ao terminar minha oração, meu telefone tocou e era o oficial do cartório dizendo que tinha lido meu e–mail lhe pedindo para considerar o fato de que o processo de retificação ainda estava em andamento, e se eu ainda poderia consertar outra coisa e anexar um novo requerimento ao mesmo processo sem ter que pagar tudo de novo, porque eu simplesmente não podia pagar; E ainda, ela também mencionou no mesmo e-mail que ela havia falado com sua tabeliã e elas concordaram que eu não tinha que pagar pelo processo todo novamente.

GLÓRIA A DEUS!!! SÉRIO, VOCÊ NÃO FAZ IDEIA DE COMO ISSO NÃO É COMUM DE OCORRER!

Por fim, eu só quero dizer a você que eu pude sentir novamente as mãos de Deus sobre esse processo. E mesmo quando, por vezes, minha limitação atrapalha minha visão, o Senhor tem me ensinado que minhas emoções não podem oprimir minha convicção de quem Ele é e do que Ele pode fazer. Eu quero encorajá-lo a vir para esse lugar de confiança, não porque é fácil, mas porque é a única maneira de chegar aonde Ele te chamou para estar. Entendo que, como jovens na sociedade de hoje, somos muito cobrados sobre como nossas vidas e carreiras devem ser, ou como o almejado sucesso é medido por nossas realizações VISÍVEIS; Ainda assim, quero deixar algo para você pensar e falar com Deus para saber melhor como proceder vindo deste lugar de confiança nEle mesmo em seu trabalho, casa, carreira, universidade ou ministério…

It´s been about 9 months that I´ve been working on my citizenship process. I don´t know if you know a lot about such a process so I wanna tell you a bit about it and some stories of how    I´m doing it.

As I wrote in the title, it´s really a TRUSTING PROCESS

I´ve passed through many situations while overseas doing missions and I thought I´d had a great time already where I had to trust God for his supernatural and powerful hands over a situation. However, I can say to you that I´ve never been so tested in my faith and trust in Him and his plans for my life, as right now.

Anyways… I´m an Italian descendant, and because of my  grand grand grandpa I´m able to ask for my Italian citizenship. The process to get it varies, because you can do it through Brazil (which takes about 5-10 years) or through Italy (which takes months only). For that, I´ve been gathering really old documents like birth, marriage and death certificates that prove my hereditary line as coming from Italian blood.

It´s a tough process of speaking to different people from many notary offices, looking for small details that need to be fixed and doing a lot of reading, trying to learn the step-by-step on how to get all I need before heading to Italy to finish it. I´ve been doing the process without paying for advisory, because it costs a lot and I found out that I could do it, at least the part of the process here in Brazil, by myself, even if it takes actually more time to get it done.

During these months I´ve passed through days of glory, like when my grand grand grandpa´s Italian birth certificate has arrived after more than 2 months; but, I´ve also had days where I just ran to the secret place to get God´s glorious perspective back again and come out of there holding on to hope of the promise and the word He has given me to keep moving forward. Guess, I´ll tell you a quick story that has happened a couple times now…

Some of the certificates I found have to have a name, an age or date being corrected, so I won´t have any trouble when in Italy proving my blood line to get the citizenship. Therefore, I get to call every notary office, one at time, and fix every small error before going to the next certificate and fixing it as well, and so on. I can say that the first person I talked to was really nice and got my document done really quickly. However, that’s not always a pattern for every notary office… so, here comes the story:

Through the first document fixed, I´ve finally found my grand grand grandpa´s death certificate, and it was so right timing. Then, I e-mailed the place where it´s located in order to require it to be officially corrected, thinking to myself – Oh, this will be as quick as the other one – but then I´m not acquainted to the different rules and ways each notary´s office officer works and that can be a surprise. Long story short, I had a problem. I was home when this e-mail came to me, and it was saying that I´d probably have to pay again a certain, not so cheap amount, to fix something else and it could not be included in the same process I had already paid for. The woman I talked to was really straight forward and strict about it.

Well, When I read that I cried out to God, with all my heart, for what I know He will do through me as I get this citizenship, the many people that will listen to the Gospel of salvation in different places of this world and I asked Him to come through once more for I needed to see that His hands were still with me and that I was centered in His will.

You know… you might be asking yourself if I am exaggerating. But I wanna tell you something I read this last week:

“A PERSON WHO IS OBSESSED THINKS ABOUT HEAVEN FREQUENTLY.  OBSESSED PEOPLE ORIENT THEIR LIVES AROUND ETERNITY; THEY ARE NOT FIXED ONLY ON WHAT IS HERE IN FRONT OF THEM.”

So, yeah, my heart, mind and soul longs to see Jesus coming to every single person, from every single nation. And I don´t want to waste time with earthly worries and futilities. I just want to be so centered and obedient to God´s will, purpose and plan for my life, that I´ll be always in the right place and time where He can show forth His glory even when it´s not about me, or a huge crowd, it´s just about one person meeting Jesus Christ and being saved.

PRAISE GOD!!! SERIOSULY, YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW UNCOMUN THIS IS!

Finally, I just want to tell you that I could feel once again His hands upon this process. even when at times my limitation gets in the way of my vision, the Lord has been teaching me that my emotions cannot overwhelm my conviction of who He is and what He can do. I want to encourage you to step into a place of trust, not because it´s easy, but because it´s the only way to get to the place where He has called you to be. I understand that, as young people, we have a lot on our shoulders of how our lives should be carried out in today´s society, or how success is measured by our VISIBLE accomplishments; Even so, I want to leave you something to think about and come to God to know better how to proceed from this trust place in your job, home, carrier, university, or ministry…

PRIMEIRAMENTE SOU GRATA POR ESTAR LENDO TUDO O QUE ESCREVI! E TAMBÉM SOU GRATA PELA SUA VIDA, ORAÇÕES E SUPORTE!

Vamos para a 3 ª parte, eu a chamo de – “seguir passo a passo e não parar”. Desde que Marie foi embora e mesmo antes disso, eu tinha em mente pesquisar e saber melhor sobre como obter uma cidadania italiana. Depois de muita oração e de perguntar pra pessoas ao redor, Deus me levou a falar com um dos meus pastores da minha cidade natal, pois ele obteve a cidadania dele e a da família dela há algum tempo. Já faz quase dois meses que eu estou à procura de certificados de nascimento, casamento e óbitos, montando a minha árvore genealógica e assim por diante… Tem sido um processo difícil às vezes, alguns dias eu tenho muito para procurar e resolver, alguns outros dias eu só fico a orar e esperar por um e-mail ou um milagre de Deus para encontrar outra informação que me leve a uma data e a outro certificado.

Deus tem sido fiel a mim, mas eu preciso de suas orações e aqui está o motivo:

Você pode estar se perguntando o porquê eu estou tentando obter uma cidadania; Pois é um processo difícil, é muito caro e deveria estar de volta ao campo fazendo o trabalho missionário… Bem, como mencionei antes, Deus colocou no meu coração e da Marie o projeto de um Café junto com uma Sala de Oração em Estocolmo, Suécia. É um grande projeto e pensar que podemos alcança-lo por nós mesmas, é loucura, mas a melhor parte é que essa visão nasceu primeiro no coração de Deus e é só por Ele e pela glória que podemos até pensar ou planejar construir um lugar desses.

Através de muita oração, entendemos que temos que CONTINUAR SEGUINDO EM FRENTE, passo a passo e usando o que temos disponível em nossas mãos para PREPARAR e CONSTRUIR para tal projeto. Nós imaginamos ter o Café como um negócio que virá a abrir portas para que o Evangelho seja estabelecido ainda mais e avançar com mais força e poder, revivendo a sociedade sueca; E, juntamente com isso, queremos ter um alicerce vindo da adoração e intercessão para que os corações sejam abertos, e pessoas que venham a fazer parceria conosco, e mais nações sejam alcançadas por Jesus; mas acima de tudo PARA HONRAR E GLORIFICAR A ELE com corações cheios de GRATIDÃO E LOUVOR. Resumindo, teríamos a Sala de Oração embaixo e o Café no topo. CAFÉ E GLÓRIA!!!

Desse modo, para mim, entra a necessidade de uma cidadania. Eu seria uma cidadã europeia, o que significa que eu poderia trabalhar e estudar, mas principalmente viver lá sem ter que passar por toneladas de documentos de visto a cada seis meses ou um ano, com o risco de tê-lo negado; E isso então que faria o processo de construção deste projeto, o investimento na parceria com igrejas e organizações missionárias locais, o aprendizado da língua e o envolvimento na sociedade sueca para conhecer melhor a cultura, muito mais eficiente e estável por um período muito mais longo.

Por isso EU PRECISO DE VOCÊ.

Preciso de suas orações, sua parceria, seu envolvimento no reino de Deus, para que eu permaneça forte e possa ver as portas se abrindo durante este processo de obtenção de uma cidadania. I AM REALLY THANKFUL YOU ARE TAKING THE TIME TO READ ALL OF IT! AND FOR YOUR PRAYER AND SUPPORT AS WELL!

Here is the 3^rd season while in Brazil and I want to call it- “take step by step and do not stop”. Since Marie has left and before it as well, I had in mind to get a hold of knowing better about getting an Italian Citizenship. After a lot of prayer, and asking around, God led me to talk to one of my pastors from my hometown for he had gotten his and his family´s citizenship a while ago.  It has been almost two months I am looking for birth, marriage and death certificates, putting the pieces of my genealogy tree together and so on… It has been a tough process at times, some days I have a lot to go after, some other days I just have to pray and wait for an email or a miracle from God to find another piece of information to lead me to a date and certificate.

God has been faithful to me, although I might need your prayers. Here is why:

You might be asking yourself why in the world I am trying to get a citizenship; it´s a hard process, it´s really expensive and I should be back in the field doing missionary work… Well, as I mentioned before, God has placed in Marie´s heart and mine to start a Café together with a Prayer Room in Stockholm, Sweden. It´s a huge deal to think we could possibly make it happen, but good part is that this vision was born in God´s heart first and it´s only by Him and for His glory that we can even think or plan to build such a place.

Through prayer we understand that we have to KEEP MOVING FORWARD, step by step and using what we have available in our hands to PREPARE and BUILD up for it. We envision to have a business which will be open doors for the Gospel to be established and go forth with even more strength and power, reviving the Swedish society; And together with that we have to have a foundation in worship and intercession for the hearts to be open, people to partner with us, nations to come to Jesus, but above all TO GIVE PRAISE TO HIM, TO GLORIFY HIM with hearts filled with THANKFULNESS. So, we would have the Prayer Room under and the Café on top. COFFEE & GLORY!!!

Here, for me, comes the need of a citizenship. I´d be a European Citizen, which means I could work, study, but mainly live there without having to pass through tons of visa paperwork every six months or a year, with the risk of being denied; Making the process of building this project, partnering with churches and mission organizations, learning the language and getting involved in the Swedish society to get to know the culture better, much more efficient and stable for longer term.

That´s why I NEED YOU.

I need your prayers, your partnership, your engagement in the kingdom of God, to have the strength and see doors being wide open during this process of getting a citizenship. I am trying my best to do most part of the process by myself so it would cost less at the point where I will need an accessor… Yes, it has been crazy months here in Brazil, but by now I have some more solid information for you.

THE APPROXIMATE AMOUNT TO GET ALL DONE IS:

1. An accessor to get translation and make official all the documents + 11 the certificates – about $1800  / €1500
2. Rectification of names – $40 / €33 when needed to be done
3. The Italian part of the process to finally get the citizenship is – about $750 / €640

HERE ARE A FEW PRACTICAL WAYS OF BEING A PART OF IT:

1. GIVING THANKS TO GOD FOR HIS AMAZING PLANS FOR ALL PEOPLE TO COME TO KNOW HIM AND TO CHOOSE US TO BE PART OF IT!

4. PRAYING FOR MARIE AND HER JOB AND PLANS TO STUDY TO ADD HERSELF MORE SKILLS FOR THE CAFÉ.

Sou eu de novo… E tenho algumas histórias pra contar a vocês ainda! Espero que vocês ainda estejam comigo, porque estou animada!

Estávamos em Cuiabá por cerca de 2 semanas. Eu teria uma reunião importante com meu pastor e eu confesso a você que Deus me surpreendeu novamente!!!

Não sei se você já passou por um momento em que você se encontra COM MEDO, simplesmente com medo e com pensamentos excessivos sobre coisas ridículas e pequenas que não são reais às vezes, e se elas são talvez você esteja enxergando elas pelos óculos errado, pois elas parecem muito maiores do que realmente são! Se você pode se relacionar com isso, essa era eu por dentro esperando para conversar com meu pastor e falar com minha igreja lá naquela cidade. Então percebi depois que foi o meu pecado; minha tentativa de estar no controle e de ter um plano apenas para parecer que não era apenas uma garota tentando ser uma boa missionária, mas sem um plano. No entanto, nunca podemos deixar o medo do homem tomar o lugar do temor ao Senhor em nossas vidas.

Nada que possamos planejar ou fazer se compara a obedecer ao que Deus nos disse para fazer. E nesse ponto, eu sabia que vim ao Brasil para obedecer, e não para ter um plano para convencer as pessoas, que eu era alguém digna do seu apoio e da sua boa opinião sobre mim. Eu estava aqui para mostrar a glória de Deus na minha fraqueza, como deveria ser todos os dias, para que eu pudesse crescer em humildade e dependência.

Sou grata em poder dizer a você que cheguei lá para falar com meu pastor e a fidelidade de Deus para comigo estava a se revelar novamente sobre a minha vida. Além disso, tive o privilégio mais uma vez em falar com a minha igreja naquela cidade. Por isso, quero contar-lhe um pouco como foi:

Num domingo de manhã, em meados de agosto… Pude falar a minha igreja, a pessoas incríveis, e apenas compartilhar um pouco da minha jornada enquanto estive na Europa. Enquanto estava lá m cima no púlpito, vi novamente aquelas fotos, as quais eu estava mostrando a todos naquela manhã, e Deus me lembrou do quão bom Ele tinha sido o tempo todo, sempre, sempre! Olhei para o meu pastor, e ele tinha amor em seus olhos, e apesar de qualquer coisa, o seu amor por Deus é tão grande que ele se permitiu ver o trabalho de Deus através da minha vida. Ah irmãos, quão precioso foi experimentar o corpo de Cristo, parte da minha família, ali naquele lugar… Porém agora saindo dali com o entendimento de que mesmo quando ninguém vê ou acredita em mim, não é sobre mim, é sobre Ele e Sua glória.

Ok, então, você pode questionar: todos os seus medos e inseguranças sobre o futuro se foram? Hmmm, NÃO! Mas sim, voltei para Tupã, minha cidade natal, com a Marie, e tive uma surpresa linda para meu aniversário! E depois disso, tento lembrar a mim mesma, todos os dias, de que qualquer coisa que me traga medo não tem mais do meu tempo para desperdiçar. Claro que sabia disso antes, sigo a Jesus e sou discípula dEle há muito tempo. Ainda assim, não era sobre quanto tempo já faz que eu tenho andado com Ele; É estar disposto a ser mudada e deixá-lo trabalhar em mim de novo e de novo. Então, sempre que meus pensamentos tentam me sobrecarregar com mentiras, hoje, ainda mais do que antes, posso experimentar o fato de estar em Sua PALAVRA, à verdade que sempre liberta.

Eu não passei por nada tão grande ou desconhecido para mim, mas acredito que Deus me permitiu ser novamente refinada por Ele, agora para destacar a mim importância da BÍBLIA mais uma vez. Pode não fazer sentido para você, mas eu entendo que esse tempo tem sido um momento, não só de encontrá-Lo através de músicas ou orações intensas, mas também de lembrar que este é um momento para devorar a VERDADE VIVA, porque teremos que sabê-la bem e tê-la como uma espada afiada contra as armadilhas do inimigo, começando no CAMPO DE BATALHA DAS NOSSAS MENTES.  Então poderemos combater o resto no mundo exterior firmados na vitória que já nos foi dada por Jesus.

Outubro chegou, mas a Marie teve que voltar para a Alemanha. Eu posso dizer a você que essa parte é um pouco difícil de escrever! Minha irmã, dada por Deus, uma mulher cheia de fé e sabedoria! Eu posso dizer a você que a bondade dela, a sua alegria, compaixão é uma benção para mim! Creio que Deus nos fez crescer ainda mais para perto dele durante o tempo aqui, mas Ele também nos fez crescer uma com a outra para que juntas possamos avançar em direção a Seu maravilhoso plano para nossas vidas!

E por isso, tenho uma última parte deste boletim para compartilhar com você.

It´s me again… I have some stories to tell you yet! Hope you all are still with me, cause I am excited!

We were in Cuiaba for about 2 weeks. I had an important meeting with my pastor and I have to confess to you that God blew my mind again!!!

I don´t know if you have ever passed through a time where you find yourself FEARFULL, just afraid and overthinking about ridiculous and small things that aren´t real sometimes, and if they are, maybe you are just using wrong glasses to see them because they seem so much bigger than they actually are! If you can relate to that, that was me inside, waiting to talk to my pastor and speak to my church there in that city. After I notice that it was my sin; my attempt to be in control and have a plan just to seem that I was not just a girl trying to be a good missionary, still with no plan. However, we can never let the fear of man overtake the place for the fear of the Lord in our lives.

Nothing we can plan or do is compatible to obeying whatever God told us to do. And at that point, I had come to Brazil to obey, and not have a plan to convince people I was someone worthy of their support and of their good thinking of me. I was here to show His glory in my weakness, as it should be every day, so that I could grow in humility and dependence.

How thankful I am to say that I got there to talk to my pastor and God´s faithfulness to me was just starting to be put out there again; Plus, I had the privilege once more to speak to my church in that city. For that I want to tell you how it went:

Sunday morning, Sunday morning, mid-August…… I could stand there in front of amazing people, just to share a bit of my journey while in Europe. As I stood there and saw once again those pictures I was showing them, God just reminded me of how good He had been the whole time, constantly, always! I looked at my pastor, and he had love in his eyes, despite of anything, his love for God is so big that he allowed himself to see God´s work through my life. How precious it was to experience the body of Christ, part of my family, right there… but knowing now that even when no one sees or believes in me, it´s NOT about me, it´s about Him, and His glory.

Ok then, you may ask: Are all your fears and insecurity about the future gone? Hmmm, NOP! But yes I came back to Tupã, my hometown, with Marie, and had an amazing surprise for my birthday! And after that, I try to remind myself every day that fear has any more of my time to waste. I knew of it before, I am a follower and disciple of Jesus has a long time; still it was not about how long I walk with Him, it´s to be willing to be changed and let Him work on us again and again. So, whenever my thoughts try to overwhelm me with lies, today, even more than before, I can experience the fact of standing on His WORD, the truth that always sets free.

I didn´t pass through anything huge or unknown to me, but I believe God allowed me to be refined again by Him, now to highlight the importance of the BIBLE once again. It may not make sense to you, but I understand that this season is such a time for, not only meeting Him through songs or intense prayer, but also to be reminded that this is a time to devour the LIVING TRUTH, cause we will have to know it well and have it as a sharp sword against the schemes of the enemy, starting in the BATTLEFIELD OF OUR MINDS. So then we can fight the rest in the outside realm and continue to stand in the victory already given to us by Jesus.

October has arrived, but Marie had to leave and fly back to Germany. I can tell you guys, this is a tough one to write about! My sister, given to me by God, such a woman of faith and wisdom! I gotta tell you, her kindness and joy, her compassion, are just a blessing to me! And I believe God grew us close to Him during her time here, but He also grew us together to move on towards His wonderful plan for our lives!

Oi pessoal,

Desde o fim de junho eu estou aqui no Brasil. Já fazem quase 6 meses e eu tenho várias novidades pra vocês. Perdoe-me, mas não tive como escrever antes. Talvez de alguma maneira até pudesse ter encontrado um meio de escrever, porém só não consegui, pois havia tanto que eu não poderia prever, então optei por não escrever. Assim quero resumir pra vocês como foram esses últimos meses e contar tudo o que Deus tem feito e colocado em meu coração durante esse tempo.

Eu vejo meu tempo aqui dividido em 3 parte diferentes…

Quando eu e Marie (da Alemanha) chegamos tudo parecia diferente, pois eu nunca havia trazido alguém comigo antes; Pra ela tudo era legal, o fato de aprender uma língua distinta, a cultura e o conhecimento de novos lugares. Pra mim, foi demais ter alguém pra compartilhar quem eu sou e como as coisas são de onde venho, minha história, igreja e família; assim como trazer um pouco do campo, sobre a vida que Deus me levou a ter, e poder mostrar a todos aqui o quão real é tudo o que Ele havia feito através de nós na Europa.

Creio que posso chamar essa 1ª parte de – “me familiarizando com o novo em meio ao antigo”. Ao mostrar tudo pra Marie, ela pode vir a conhecer minha cidade, igreja, e pudemos ajudar com algumas coisas, falar em 2 acampamentos, ou também viajar para Cuiabá onde iria falar com meu pastor e igreja lá e também resolver algumas pendências práticas. Acho que muito do que para mim poderia ser considerado “antigo”, ou algo que já  conhecia, estava de certo modo diferente de como era antes. Às vezes, algumas das mudanças que encontrei foram boas, por outro lado, outras nem tanto.

Eu só sabia que, ao vir para o Brasil sem um plano, seria algo interessante, mas desafiador. Ainda assim, Deus, aquele que me guiou até aqui e me disse para não planejar tudo desta vez, estava no controle desde o começo.

E eu vou te contar uma história que confirma isso:

Estávamos em Campinas e foi o nosso primeiro culto do qual participamos, agora no Brasil. O Pastor tão bem nos convidou para falar um pouco sobre o que estávamos fazendo na Europa e como Deus havia tocado vidas lá. Depois que eu cantei, Marie e eu falamos e quando o culto foi concluído, um homem e seu filho vieram até mim. – Agora, isso estava em minhas orações antes de vir para o Brasil: “Deus, você está me dizendo para entregar a ti tudo e não planejar com antecedência, mas eu preciso de você porque eu não tenho ideia de como vamos fazer lá, onde podemos servir, ou também como nos sustentar financeiramente se tivermos que viajar, ou mesmo para as nossas necessidades pessoais durante o tempo no Brasil; mas você está nos chamando para  ir e abrindo o caminho para nós, então eu confio que o Senhor irá providenciar, pois é tudo para ti”. – Bom este homem não era daquela igreja, ele estava lá porque Deus colocou em seu coração apenas para vir naquela noite e entregar sua oferta lá, ao invés de vez dá-la em sua igreja. Que loucura isso né?! Ele nos deu um envelope e disse que era para usar aquele dinheiro para fazê-lo o que Deus nos mostrasse aqui no Brasil, pois Deus havia tocado seu coração ao nos ouvir falar de refugiados da Síria, com os quais trabalhamos, e ele tem sido um grande intercessor pelo povo e pelo país da Síria! 

Deus honrou as orações minhas e as da Marie. Ele sempre o faz, mesmo quando não podemos ver no momento. E dessa maneira Ele estava dizendo a mim, “Se aquiete, pois estou com você”.

Sabem, os dias se passaram e não foi tudo um mar de rosas… Foi novamente tempo de ser lapidada e polida mais um pouquinho aqui e ali. E conforme orávamos ao mesmo tempo em que curtíamos estar em família, ou ao ser abençoadas por alguém para ir a academia, ou ainda ver um lugar cultural ou as cachoeiras; Deus continuava a falar a nós sobre o seu maravilhoso NOVO a nossa frente.

Uma das passagens bíblicas em que Ele falou a nós está em Êxodo 14.13 – 16:

“Moisés respondeu ao povo: “Não tenham medo. Fiquem firmes e vejam o livramento que o Senhor lhes trará hoje, porque vocês nunca mais verão os egípcios que hoje veem. O Senhor lutará por vocês; tão-somente acalmem-se“.
Disse então o Senhor a Moisés: “Por que você está clamando a mim? Diga aos israelitas que sigam avante. Erga a sua vara e estenda a mão sobre o mar, e as águas se dividirão para que os israelitas atravessem o mar em terra seca.

Foi na manhã do dia 8 de julho, e aqui é o que considero a 2ª parte, a qual chamaria de – “se aquiete e continue avançando, porque ele está fazendo algo“. Eu e Marie estávamos em casa e decidimos ter um tempo de oração individualmente, mas ambas focadas em orar por este projeto que Deus colocou em nossos corações já há alguns meses. Quando havíamos o tempo de oração, eu estava na sala de estar e ela estava no meu quarto, eu vim até ela e nos sentamos para orar juntas e compartilhar tudo o que Deus nos mostrou.

Posso dizer que EU NUNCA IREI, E NÃO QUERO NUNCA ME ACOSTUMAR COM AS MARAVILHAS DE DEUS, QUEM ELE É E O QUANTO ELE ESTÁ DISPOSTO A FALAR A NÓS E A NOS GUIAR. Através de sua misericórdia e graça, pelo Espírito Santo em nós, Ele agiu novamente! Nós duas ficamos sem palavra e só conseguíamos sorrir, pois havíamos acabado de ler a mesma coisa e compreendemos exatamente o que Ele queria sobre o texto. Ele nos deu olhos para ver e entendimento de sua vontade. Veja isso:

1º. ELE NOS LEVOU A ORAR, POIS VIU NOSSA NECESSIDADE POR DIRECIONAMENTO

2º. ELE FALOU A NÓS NO MESMO TEXTO BÍBLICO

3º. ELE NÃO SÓ O FEZ, COMO FOI GENTIL O SUFICIENTE PARA NOS MOSTRAR CLARAMENTE PALAVRAS ESPECÍFICAS DO TEXTO, CONFIRMANDO NOVAMENTE QUE ERA ELE MESMO A NOS FALAR

Você deve estar curioso agora sobre o projeto que acabei de falar e como vai ser né?!… Bom, irei te contar os detalhes de tudo na próxima parte do boletim e ainda te contarei alguns acontecimentos dos meses de agosto e setembro.

Hi everyone,

Since the end of June I am here in Brazil. It has been almost 6 months now and there´s a lot to say. I am sorry, but I did not have how to write before. Maybe I could have written how things were going, but somehow I just couldn´t preview many of what did go on, therefore I ended up not writing; So now I want to summarize these months to you guys and let you be up to date with what the Lord has been doing and placing in my heart during this time.

I see my time here divided into 3 different seasons, I could say…

When Marie (from Germany) and I arrived, it was really different, because I never brought someone with me and for her it was quite cool to learn from the language, culture and get to know some places. For me, it was really awesome to have someone to share who I am with and how things are where I come from, my story, church and family; As well as bring home a bit from the field, from the life God has led me to and to let them see how real it is all that He had done in Europe through us.

Guess I will call this 1st season – “getting acquainted with the new within the old” – As I showed Marie things and she got to know my town, church, and we got to help out, speaking at 2 young camps, or traveling around to Cuiabá to report back to my church there and solve some practical things too; I guess a lot of what for me could be considered “old”, or that I knew before, It was somehow different. At times, the change was good; on the other hand it was a bit hard.

I just knew that, not to have come to Brazil with a plan would be interesting and challenging. Yet, God, the one who guided me not to have a plan this time, was on it from the beginning.

And I will tell you a story that confirms it:

We were in Campinas and it was our first service to attend, now in Brazil. The Pastor so nicely invited us to speak a bit of what we were doing in Europe and how God touched lives there. After I sang, Marie and I spoke and as the service was finished a man and his son came up to me. – Now, this was in my prayers before coming to Brazil: “God, you are saying to me to surrender and not plan ahead, but I need you cause I have no idea how we will make it there, where we can serve, or also how to sustain ourselves financially if we have to travel or even for our personal needs during the time there in Brazil; but you are calling us there and making the way for us, so I trust you will provide, cause it is all for you”. – Well, this man was not from that church, he was there because God had put on his heart just to come that night and give his offering there, instead of at his church. How crazy is that?! He gave us this envelope and said to us to use for what the Lord had for us here in Brazil, because God had touched his heart when we talked about the Syrian people we had worked with, and he is a big intercessor for that nation and its people!

God honored mine and Marie´s prayers as well. He always does, even when we can´t see it at the moment. And that was what He said to my heart, “Be still I am with you”.

Acampamento Campinas / Camp

You know, the days passed by and not all were flowers… it was again time to be shaped and polished a bit more here and there. As we prayed, along with having family time or when being blessed by someone to go to the gym or to see a cultural place or a waterfall, God kept on speaking to us about his awesome NEW ahead of us.

One of the passages he spoke to our hearts is found in Exodus 14.13- 16:

“Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.  The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.

It was the morning of the 8^th of July, and here is what I consider the 2^nd season, I would call it – “being still and keep on moving forward cause He is doing something” – myself and Marie were at home and we decided to have a time of prayer individually, but both focused on praying for this project God was placing in our hearts, it had a couple months now. When we had finished the time of prayer, I was in the living room and she was in my room, I came to her and we sat to pray together and share whatever was that God showed us.

I can say that I WILL NEVER, AND I DON´T WANT EVER, TO BE USED TO THE WONDERS OF WHO GOD IS AND HOW MUCH HE IS WILLING TO SPEAK AND GUIDE US; Through His mercy and grace, by the Holy Spirit in us, He did it again! We both were smiling and speechless, because we just read the same thing and got exactly what He wanted us to get from that text. He gave us eyes to see and understanding of His will. So, I want to tell you this:

1^st. HE LED US TO PRAY, BECAUSE HE SAW OUR NEED TO BE GUIDED

2^nd. HE SPOKE TO US ON THE SAME TEXT

3^rd. HE NOT ONLY DID SO, BUT HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO HIGHLIGHT WORDS IN THE TEXT WITH SO MUCH CLARITY, CONFIRMING AGAIN THAT HE WAS THE ONE SPEAKING

You must be a bit curious about the project I am talking about and how that´s gonna go… Well, I will soon detail it for you all, but for now I still gotta go through some happenings within the months of August and September.
